At the payout party for the 2024 season, Jon Gruden surprised the league by determining the 2025 draft order.

Jon didn't just determine the draft order, he took the time out of his busy life to talk about each owner and really went above and beyond.

Because of this, the league now has a yearly award, voted on by league members, recognizing an owner for something positive involving them.

Owners can nominate others for whatever reason they feel necessary. Did the nominee overcome a challenge in life? Help someone personally? Or maybe even knocked a rival from playoff contention? Then the league votes among the nominees to determine who takes home the award.

This is truly an award of the people, for the people!
