A proud Vice Commissioner, Hayden takes his role very seriously—mostly when it involves rule interpretations that somehow benefit him. He’s a loyal Cincinnati Bengals fan, LSU fan, and Texas Rangers fan, meaning his sports calendar is fueled by high expectations, brief hope, and long stretches of explaining why next year is the year.

As an original owner entering his 5th season, Hayden peaked early, finishing third in the inaugural year and then boldly deciding the playoffs were overrated. Since then, he’s been on a self-imposed postseason hiatus, choosing instead to focus on vibes, draft-day confidence, and commissioner-level commentary from the sidelines.

Despite the playoff drought, Hayden remains a league staple—bringing consistency, questionable optimism, and the authority to say “according to the rules” without actually being challenged. The return to the playoffs is always imminent… at least according to the Vice Commissioner himself.
